At GOLF GUYS, you are always entitled to a good product. By "good," we mean that you are entitled to a product that:

• Is complete
• Is undamaged
• Functions properly

In short, a flawless and good product. If a product is not good or not to your satisfaction, please always contact Golf Guys so that we can look for a solution.

Delivery time
The delivery time at Golf Guys is on average between 2 and 4 working days.

Do I have a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, you have a manufacturer's warranty which is valid until a product is taken out of the packaging. You should inspect and test the product where necessary upon arrival.

Do I have a product warranty?
Yes, at Golf Guys you have a warranty on the functioning of a product for up to 30 days after arrival.

Do I have a delivery guarantee?
In the event of excesses (read: force majeure and exceptional situations), you are entitled to a 30-day delivery guarantee at Golf Guys. This means that all products you order must be delivered within a maximum of 30 working days after purchase. If that is not the case, you will get your money back.

Should any problems arise, please contact our customer service. Always send your order number incl. 1 to a maximum of 3 photos with which we have a clear view of the problem. Our customer service assesses warranty claims within 24 hours and 7 days a week.
